Casey Le, EIT
Casey has conducted a variety of traffic impact, parking, site access, and circulation studies in Southern California that required analysis of intersections, alternative transportation models, and field data collection.
Casey is currently conducting technical analyses for Crossroads Hollywood, 1020 S. Figueroa Street, The Premier at First and a multitude of mixed-use developments in Los Angeles and Burbank.
Casey has assisted in the technical analyses of traffic impact studies including those for California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Irvine Spectrum Center, Sylmar Square Shopping Center, and Disney's Grand Central Creative Campus.
In addition, she has assisted in parking studies for the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and parking analyses for Westfield at its MainPlace and The Village at Westfield Topanga centers.
She also prepared transit and arterial analyses for a large-scale city-wide traffic congestion improvement program and for a neighborhood traffic management plan in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining GTC, Casey served an internship at The Irvine Company, where she conducted research on shuttle service operations for Fashion Island Shopping Center. She performed travel time studies,
arranged designated signage, and provided a new shuttle design for the operation. In addition, Casey has worked with the Luskin Center for Innovation at the University of California, Los Angeles to assist
in piloting research design to explore the traffic conditions in Downtown Los Angeles.
Casey is a certified Engineer-in-Training with the State of California.
