Senior Associate

Eugene Tang has over 19 years of experience in the transportation engineering and planning fields and has prepared a multitude of parking and traffic impact studies, as well as conducting regional transportation planning, site design, and review of environmental documentation, for a variety of public and private sector projects throughout Southern California and Hawaii.

Eugene is currently conducting transportation studies for ROW DTLA and for Westfield at its Valencia Town Center, Promenade, Topanga, and The Village at Westfield Topanga centers in Los Angeles. Eugene is also currently preparing analyses for multiple projects in Brea, Santa Monica and the Warner Center community of Los Angeles. Eugene recently completed a parking study of the San Pedro Waterfront for the Port of Los Angeles and a citywide parking demand study for the City of Santa Monica, as well as studies for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Santa Monica Airport, and Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Eugene graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in Geography/Environmental Studies.
